Temiskaming Hospital is pleased to announce that Dr. Michel Bonin, MD, FRCP(c) has joined the Professional Staff as of August 26, 2015.
Since 1998, Dr. Bonin has been an active staff pathologist and Section Health for Transfusion Medicine with Health Sciences North. He also has provided leadership as Laboratory Medical Director for hospitals including Blind River District Health Center and Espanola General Hospital. Dr. Bonin is appointed with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine as Assistant Professor for both Laurentian and Lakehead University.

Temiskaming Hospital is a 59-bed large community hospital that cares for the residents of the Temiskaming Shores serving the healthcare needs of approximately 17,000 and district-wide population of 30,000 for the provision of level 1B obstetrical and nursing services, stroke services, laboratory and medical imaging. Temiskaming Hospital continues to work in delivering services close to home and recruit specialists to meet the needs of the residents of the district.
